  canola oil</p>\n<p>1 medium onion\, finely chopped</p>\n<p>6 ounces Canad
 ian bacon\, cut into 1/2 in. strips</p>\n<p>4 cups frozen Tater Tots\, tha
 wed</p>\n<p>6 large eggs\, lightly beaten</p>\n<p>1/2 cup sour cream</p>\n
 <p>1/2 cup half-and-half cream</p>\n<p>1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes</
 p>\n<p>3/4 teaspoon garlic powder</p>\n<p>1/2 teaspoon pepper</p>\n<p>1 1/
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>1.&nbsp\; Preheat oven to 
 350 degrees.&nbsp\; In a large skillet\, heat oil over medium heat.&nbsp\;
  Add onion:&nbsp\; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until tender.&nbsp\;</p>\n
 <p>Add Canadian bacon\; cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned\, st
 irring occasionally.&nbsp\; Remove from heat.</p>\n<p>2.&nbsp\; Line botto
 m of a greased 11 x 7 in. baking dish with Tater Tots\; top with Canadian 
 bacon mixture.&nbsp\; In a large bowl\, whisk eggs\, sour cream\, cream an
 d seasonings until blended.</p>\n<p>Stir in the cheese\; pour over the top
  of Tater Top mixture.&nbsp\; Bake uncovered\, 35-40 minutes&nbsp\;or unti
