 >In the pain\, there is pleasure. I enjoy looking past the obvious and foc
using more on what isn&rsquo\;t easy to show: the different journeys of me
ntal anguish. Each piece has a different meaning\, but they all come from
one place within me that is trying to heal. Most of us can attest to facin
g some kind of burden or dilemma where the knots holding our sanity togeth
er come undone. I believe a lot of my pieces are examples of those knots b
eing tossed to the side for the hell of it. Letting my stress and problems
come out through my paintings. Electrifying colors\, gaunt elements\, and
melodic textures. I invite you to get lost in this maze I call my mind..<
 /p>\n<p><strong>ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:</strong></p>\n<p>I&rsquo\;m Roxi Belieo.
A studio administrator by day and an experimental artist by night. Growin
g up\, I was always surrounded by various forms of art. I gravitated towar
d music and poetry\, though\, since they&rsquo\;d been forms of peace for
me. However\, art was an outlet that I&rsquo\;d often turn to when things
got rough. I knew that when I had paper and a pencil\, I controlled my lif
 e. But eventually\, I stopped painting and focused more on where life was
taking me. On my journey\, I dealt with depression\, grief over losing my
father\, isolation\, and suicidal ideations\, which only got worse once 20
20 rolled in. I was lost and felt like I wasn&rsquo\;t doing anything that
truly brought me happiness. While trying to figure out who I was\, going
to college\, and dealing with the pandemic\, I got that desire to make som
ething positive out of the negative. Life&rsquo\;s problems and stresses f
eed my inspiration to paint. I picked up my brushes\, bought some canvases
\, and started ranting. Making abstract paintings allowed me to be free of
rules\, societal pressure\, and my own mind. Each time I get to make some
thing unique\, I feel like I am escaping from the pain and taking control
of my life again. With &ldquo\;Mini Fragments&rdquo\; being my very first
gallery\, I am extremely grateful and hope my pieces convey a message of f
inding a peaceful and creative way through the madness of life.</p>\nhttps
