Have you ever wondered how a broken bone m ends\, why some things make us feel sad\, or how we heal and grow from los s? During this care fair for children and their families\, hosted by the&n bsp\;Museum of Broken Relationships Indianapolis \;and sponsored by In dianapolis Central Library\, children can participate in a variety of hand s-on activities to explore and learn about caring for physicals and emotio nal health. From how to properly brush their teeth and maintain a healthy heart\, to understanding how the brain processes emotions and hearing stor ies about self-care\, this pop-up care fair is a fun afternoon of informal learning that families can attend together.
\nThe \;Museum of B roken Relationships Indianapolis \;is a unique partnership between the IUPUI Museum Studies Program and the Museum of Broken Relationships in Za greb\, Croatia. The main exhibit\, located in Herron Galleries on the IUPU I campus\, showcases local and international objects and stories that conv ey the grief\, humor\, growth\, and love experienced through broken relati onships. The exhibit is free and open to the public during normal gallery hours February 8\, 2023\, through April 22\, 2023. Learn more about the exhibit.
