 t!&nbsp\;Submissions are open from Monday\, March 13 to Monday\, April 3 a
 t <strong><a href="poetry.mhl.org">poetry.mhl.org</a></strong>.</p>\n<p>Pa
 trons do not have to be Andover residents to enter the contest but need to
  be able to pick up any potential prizes in person. Gift cards to the Ando
 ver Bookstore are awarded to first\, second\, and third place for both the
  middle school and high school categories.</p>\n<p>We will notify entrants
  if they won\, received an honorable mention\, or didn't receive anything 
 this year by Wednesday\, May 3.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The reception and reading w
 ill be Wednesday\, May 10 at 7:00 pm and all entrants\, families\, and com
 munity members are invited.</p>\n<p><em>This is not an in-person program b
 ut rather just a listing noting that the contest is now open for submissio
