 nial Hall at Central branch. Masks are provided.</p>\n<p>In general\, your
  family income must be less than $35\,000 for a single person and $45\,000
  for a couple. Excluded are returns for those who are self-employed\, have
  a business or rental income\, or are in bankruptcy.</p>\n<p>IMPORTANT</p>
