Join us to learn the basics of ballroom da nce including waltz\, cha-cha\, swing and how to have fun doing it! You an d your dance partner will learn basic leading and following tips\, proper holding positions and basic ballroom dance steps. Each week we will focus on a different dance style with the last week left for review and "freesty le practice". No experience is necessary and beginner level welcomed.
\ nDana Dever has a passion for connecting to the community through conve rsation\, dance\, volunteering and yoga. She completed her 200 hour yoga t eacher training certification and has been sharing her love for the basics of breathwork \;+ yoga to friends in the community who are brand new or just beginning their practice. For over 10 years\, Dana taught Ballroom &\; Latin Dance for adults &\; Hip Hop and Gymnastics for kids and assisted couples 1-on-1 with choreographed wedding dances.
