Are your children aware of the basics of s elf safety? This one-hour\, age appropriate course covers topics like stra nger danger\, situational awareness\, consent\, grooming\, basic striking and more! For children ages 7-11.

\nWe are excited to team up with Lindsey of Strictly Self Defense. \; In a ddition to learning simple self defense techniques\, the self defense trai ning will include discussion of age appropriate topics that encourage atte ndees to make good decisions\, to speak up when something does not seem ri ght and to use physical techniques only if there is a real threat. \;< /p>\n
