 rate different fly tying techniques.</p>\n<p>Fly Tying I will cover how to
  tie Popper Flies. A Popper Fly is a classic pattern that&rsquo\;s passed 
 the test of time. The high floating body and soft undulating tail have foo
 led fish for years and will continue doing so as long as anglers continue 
 attaching them to their lines.</p>\n<p>Fly Tying II will cover Sardine Fli
 es. A Sardine Fly is created with a silhouette that imitates other fish wi
 th lots of flash for a tail.</p>\n<p>Participation in both sessions is rec
 ommended but not required.</p>\n<p>All needed materials and tools will be
