 s the New Hip Hop?&nbsp\;</em>Workshop facilitator Alvin Singh says "becau
 se&nbsp\;right now we are living in an era where you can bypass the old ga
 tekeepers and take advantage of the internet in a way that previous genera
 tions didn&rsquo\;t have available."&nbsp\;</p>\n<hr />\n<p>Alvin Singh is
  a digital strategist manager at ARS Media Group and has designed and deve
 loped mobile applications that can be found in various app stores and has 
 been an angel investor for several successful start ups. He is the author 
 of a book titled <em>Manage Your Web\,</em> and has&nbsp\;instructed an on
 line course of the same name. His dedication to technology and entrepreneu
 rship doesn&rsquo\;t stop with business enterprise\; Singh also spearheade
 d a crowd funding campaign that reached its goal to build sustainable wate
 r pumps in rural Africa.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Born in Nashville\, Singh received
  a B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University and a Masters in Comm
 unication in Digital Media at the University of Washington. He specializes
  in digital communications strategies\, social media marketing\, and onlin
