This lively program wil l unearth the hidden stories of America's burial grounds\, what they say a bout us now and their threatened existence in the face of digital immortal ity. \;
\nPresenter: Greg Melville is an author\, adventure jour nalist\, and tombstone tourist whose works have appeared in many of the co untry's top print publications including "Outside"\, "Men's Health"\, "Nat ional Geographic Traveler"\, and "The New York Times". He is also a U.S. N avy veteran. Melville's book "Over My Dead Body" was hailed by the "New Yo rk Times" as "astonishing" and "powerful\," It said\, "This clever\, sensi tive book gives us a new way to think about death\, not as the final chapt er\, but as a window onto life in America.&rdquo\; \; \;Melville h as served as an editor at "Men's Journal"\, "Sports Afield"\, \;and "F ootwear News" and as a crime reporter for a daily newspaper in Northern Vi rginia. An officer in the Navy Reserve\, he taught for five years at the U .S. Naval Academy\, where he was the recipient of the school's Apgar Award for Teaching Excellence in 2019. He lives with his family in Delaware.&nb sp\;
