X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>There is often no room in many Black women
&rsquo\;s lives for vulnerability\, and yet most cannot get access to the
mental health supports they deserve. The inequalities and racism faced by
Black Canadians can have a negative impact on their mental health\, and Bl
ack women especially are often taught to ignore their own feelings for the
sake of others.</p>\n<p>Join Rhythm and Blues Cambridge and Porchlight Co
unselling and Addiction Services as they bring together a group of Black w
omen therapists in Waterloo Region for an evening of conversation and conn
ection so that we all can better support mental health outcomes for Black
 women in our community.</p>\n<p><strong>Cost:</strong> Free</p>\nhttps://i
