  to assist Cambridge residents with their employment and job search needs.
  Learn about our pre-employment supports and how you can access these free
  services. In addition\, you will learn about the wide variety of programs
  and supports Idea Exchange offers and how they inspire our community thro
 ugh reading\, arts\, innovation and learning.</p>\n<p><strong>April 11: Re
 sume Development</strong></p>\n<p>In the Resume Development workshop\, par
 ticipants will explore various resume styles including structure and conte
 nt of both chronological and functional resumes\, while determining what s
 tyle is appropriate for you. Participants will also learn resume &ldquo\;D
 o&rsquo\;s and Don&rsquo\;ts&rdquo\; as well as what should be included in
  a cover letter. This workshop is interactive.</p>\n<p><strong>April 18: I
 nterview Skills</strong></p>\n<p>The Interview Skills workshop offers an o
 verview to the various elements of the entire interview process. Looking a
 t all stages of the interview process\, participants will learn the &ldquo
 \;Do&rsquo\;s and Don&rsquo\;ts&rdquo\; of the interview process. After at
 tending this workshop\, we hope individuals will be more confident enterin
 g an interview\, know how to make a good first impression\, and have the b
 uilding blocks to answer interview questions appropriately. This workshop 
 is interactive.</p>\n<p><strong>April 25: Job Searching\, Networking\, and
  Social Media</strong></p>\n<p>In the Job Searching and Networking worksho
 p\, participants will explore and gain knowledge about how to access the H
 idden vs. Open Job Markets. Participants will explore five topics\, some o
 f which include exploring traditional vs. non-traditional job searching an
 d the application process. This workshop is interactive.</p>\n<p><strong>M
 ay 2: Employer Expectations</strong></p>\n<p>In the Employer Expectations 
 workshop\, participants will explore various &ldquo\;Do&rsquo\;s and Don&r
 squo\;ts&rdquo\; on how to keep a job and what employers look for and expe
 ct of their employees. From general attitude to learning about styles of m
 anager feedback\, clients will learn tips and tricks to help them meet exp
 ectations and keep their job. This workshop is interactive.</p>\n<p><stron
 g>May 9: Getting to know your Paycheck</strong></p>\n<p>The Getting To Kno
 w Your Paycheck workshop offers an introduction to the tax deductions that
  you expect to have taken off of your employment income. Looking at the br
 eakdown of a pay stub may be confusing and stressful\, especially when sta
 rting a new job. After attending this workshop\, we hope that individuals 
 have a greater understanding of what tax deductions will be taken off of e
 mployment income\, why these deductions exist\, and roughly how they are c
 alculated. This workshop is interactive.</p>\n<p><strong>May 16: Workplace
  Wellness</strong></p>\n<p>Be informed on how to manage workplace stress a
 nd anxiety. Not only is it important to recognize the symptoms of workplac
 e stress\, but the steps we can take to address and learn what causes it. 
 Learn about the tips and tricks for a healthy self-care routine and how we
  can work to reduce/remove the source of these stressors.</p>\n<p><strong>
 May 23: Resume Development</strong></p>\n<p>In the Resume Development work
