 fffff\;">Aging </span>to present an evidence-based fall prevention program
  for adults 60+ years of age. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention of
 fers a gentle exercise option that can help reduce the risk of falling by 
 improving strength\, balance\, coordination\, and flexibility.</p>\n<p>End
 orsed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Arthritis Foun
 dations around the world\, Tai Chi is an easy\, enjoyable\, and safe activ
 ity for people with or without arthritis to learn. Medical studies have sh
 own the program to relieve pain for people with arthritis and improve thei
 r quality of life\, as well as prevent falls for older adults. This series
  of one-hour classes will be held twice a week\, on Mondays and Wednesdays
 \, for eight weeks from April 17 &ndash\;June 7.</p>\n<p>No prior experien
