  Presenter:</strong></p>\n<p>Shannon McFarland is Venture Associate at Hig
 h Street Equity Partners\, focusing on communications and content strategy
 . Shannon is a seasoned communications professional with experience across
  sports\, media and entertainment in major US markets. Prior to joining Hi
 gh Street Equity Partners\, Shannon founded Champion Diaries Management to
  support athletes\, entrepreneurs\, and government agencies\, with a focus
  on messaging and brand positioning. Born and raised in Urbana-Champaign\,
  Illinois\, Shannon is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University\, and Florid
