 f its own&mdash\;sometimes hidden\, sometimes numb\, sometimes raw and pai
 nful. Writing uses a part of the brain that is offline in our day-to-day a
 ctivities\, but when accessed can allow grief to discover its own voice\, 
 to be better understood and metabolized in our lives. Sarah will introduce
  some overall theories for trauma/grief-informed writing\, offer prompts t
 o generate your words\, and provide a safe container for personal explorat
 ion during the workshop and in the future.</p>\n<p>By attending library pr

 Author Bio:</p>\n<p>Sarah Conover is the author of seven books on world wi
 sdom traditions and spirituality\, as well as the forthcoming memoir to be
  released in late June\, <em>Set Adrift: My Family&rsquo\;s Disappearance 
 in the Bermuda Triangle\, a Mystery and a Memoir</em>.&nbsp\;Look for her
