Please join Sarah Conover for a two-hour w riting workshop addressing the tender terrain of grief. Grief has a life o f its own&mdash\;sometimes hidden\, sometimes numb\, sometimes raw and pai nful. Writing uses a part of the brain that is offline in our day-to-day a ctivities\, but when accessed can allow grief to discover its own voice\, to be better understood and metabolized in our lives. Sarah will introduce some overall theories for trauma/grief-informed writing\, offer prompts t o generate your words\, and provide a safe container for personal explorat ion during the workshop and in the future.
