This class will be a chance to connect wit h others through play\, storytelling\, and relationship. Because self-embo diment is a prerequisite for authentic relating\, somatic practices will b e used to anchor ourselves into ourselves. This class will use el ements of inquiry\, movement\, games and communication. Participants will be able to explore themselves\, connect with others and become more authen tic versions of themselves through others. \;

\ nKyndal Saverse is a dancer\, gardener\, lover\, shaker\, writer\, read er and conscious consumer. She is the founder and director of Fayetteville Movement Festival (FMF) and her overall mission is to inspire folks to mo ve. Originally transformed by yoga\, Kyndal began teaching after pursuing her 500 RYT from the Yoga Deza Institute in Fayetteville. Since then\, she has led classes in Osho Dynamic Meditation\, 5rhythms (dance)\, and all f orms of dynamic and creative movement. Most recently\, she has fallen in l ove with Contact Improv (CI)\, a very rewarding and progressive form of co mmunity movement.
