  the "Grow-a-Row" program with Loving Spoonful\, an organization that seek
 s to improve food security in the Kingston area.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The Bay Pa
 rk Community Garden is located in the back field of 775 Progress Avenue (b
 ehind Bay Park Baptist Church).&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>If you already own gardenin
 g gloves\, please bring them! Otherwise\, supplies will be on hand.&nbsp\;
 </p>\n<p>This special program is partnered with the City of Kingston throu
 gh the Neighbourhood Climate Action Champions Program.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n
 <p>This program requires free registration.&nbsp\;Registration is for the 
 entire 5 week series:</p>\n<p>Week 1 (June 1) : soil&nbsp\;<br />Week 2 (J
 une 8): seeds&nbsp\;<br />Week 3 (June 15): water<br />Week 4 (June 22): w
 eeds<br />Week 5 (June 29): harvest&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>If rain\, the program w
 ill be cancelled. The program will also be cancelled if temperatures (or t
 he humidex) surpass 36&deg\;C or an air quality advisory has been issued. 
 Cancellation notices will be posted on the KFPL website\, Facebook and Twi
