DESCRIPTION:Using Peeps and your imagination\, create a scene inspired by 
 one of your favorite books\, characters\, or community-themed stories! See

 eps are back!</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The diorama should be the size of a shoe box.
 </li>\n<li>Submit your diorama to the Rapid City Public Library between Sa
 turday\, April 1\, and Sunday\, April 23.</li>\n<li>Fill out the submissio
 n sheet on the back of the Peeps flyer (you can get one at the library!). 
 Include your name\, the title of your diorama\, and your phone number so t
 hat we can contact you if you win!</li>\n<li>Dioramas will be displayed on
  the landing of the stairs throughout the month of April. Pictures of the 
 dioramas will be posted to our Facebook page from April 24 - 28. Voting is
  open to the community at this time for the Peeple&rsquo\;s Choice Award p
 rize\, which will be determined by the picture that gets the most likes!</
 li>\n<li>3 winners will be announced and contacted on Monday\, May 1\, and
  will win a $15 gift card to Mary's Mountain Cookies!\n<ul>\n<li>Peeple&rs

 you to have to go to the grocery store just for Peeps\, you can pick up a 
 free pack with your books at the library or create some of your own out of
  paper\, pom-poms\, pipe-cleaners\, and any other crafty material at home!
