During this event\, the winning artists an d creators in the 2022-2023 National PTA Reflections program from Glendale Unified School District will be honored. \; Come view the artworks an d share in the celebration.

National PTA has a long-standing commi tment to arts education. The Reflections program provides opportunities fo r recognition and access to the arts. \; It also helps students in Pre K through Grades 12 explore their thoughts\, feelings\, and ideas\, develo p artistic literacy\, increase confidence\, and find a love for learning t hat will help them succeed in school and life.

2023's theme is "Sh ow Your Voice" \;where students are inspired and encouraged to create original works highlighting one of six areas: Musical Composition\, Photog raphy\, Visual Arts\, Film \;Production\, Literature\, and Dance \ ;Choreography. \; \;

This year\, there were 537 art entrie s submitted at the school sites throughout Glendale Unified\, and 123 were judged at the Council PTA level. \;Thirty outstanding interpretation winners\, which are featured below\, were then judged at First District PT A. From these 30\, 5 moved on to the State competition. Two from our Glend ale District will be moving on to the National competition!
