Recently\, elected officials in the City o f Spokane\, Spokane County\, the City of Spokane Valley\, and Airway Heigh ts signed a joint statement committing to a 90-day due diligence period to research the feasibility of creating a regional collaborative system deve loped with a shared vision\, combined finances\, and coordinated resources to more effectively mitigate the impacts of Homelessness in our community .
\nAn essential component of this 90-day due diligence is listening to Community stakeholders and learning from their experiences and experti se. We want to hear from people experiencing Homelessness\, service provid ers\, local business owners and leaders\, neighborhood councils\, non-prof its\, faith-based communities\, residents from across the region\, and mor e! Homelessness impacts all our lives and it&rsquo\;s important for us to come together to collectively define the problems and develop strategies t hat best fit the needs in the Spokane region. This event is free to attend \, and everyone is welcome!
