 e small\, tight-knit community delivers piercing insight and critical pers
 pective to an issue that impacts the nation.<br /><br />Winner of the Indi
 ana Spotlight Award at the 30th Anniversary Heartland International Film F
 estival in Indianapolis\, "The Addict's Wake" has been featured at several
  other notable film festivals across the country.&nbsp\;<br /><br />This e

 -profit leadership\, long experience working with women in incarceration\,
  and deep personal connections in Brown County\, Lisa Hall believes deeply
  in the message of&nbsp\;The Addict&rsquo\;s Wake.&nbsp\;She created the c
 oncept for the film and opened doors in the community to give voice to the
  struggle she has witnessed first-hand.<br /><br />Shannon Chambers: CIT D
