 own larger rangoli designs filled in with bright colors.&nbsp\; If the wea
 ther is fine\, the rangoli portion of the program will be outside. If it i
 s rainy\, it will be inside.</p>\n<p>Please meet us inside the meeting roo
 m to practice drawing\, then we will move outside to create the kolam and
