 ng the presentation.</p>\n<p>Rickey B. Silverman\, PhD is a Licensed Psych
 ologist. His long and varied career includes time as a School Psychologist
 \, Professor of Psychology teaching courses such as Theories of Personalit
 y and Adolescent Psychology\, and as a psychologist at Silverman and Assoc
 iates. In his retirement\, he continues to facilitate a program in Derry\,
  NH on anger and emotion management.</p>\n<p>Bill Cashman spent 42 years i
 n the federal&nbsp\;government\, as an educator and manager. Much of his w
 ork included providing civil rights training to military and civilian empl
 oyees around the U.S. Before leading training sessions\, he needed to over
 come his own anxiety about public speaking\, and joined Toastmasters Inter
 national\, the public speaking and leadership organization. He holds the t
 itle of Distinguished Toastmaster\, the organization&rsquo\;s highest desi
 gnation.&nbsp\;In Bill's retirement\, he took up tennis\, and noticed the 
 negative effects of performance anxiety in sports\, in both himself and ot
 hers. In trying to alleviate his own anxiety in that regard\, he studied u
 p on sports psychology and anxiety and is ready to share his experience.</
