 n<p>Dr. Chun-Hao To will present Simulating the Universe with Supercompute
 rs</p>\n<p>Harnessing the power of advanced technology\, our ability to si
 mulate the cosmos has significantly advanced over the past few decades. Th
 ese simulations describe the formation and evolution of galaxies and cosmi
 c webs\, spanning billions of years from shortly after the Big Bang to the
  present day. Today\, these cutting-edge simulations serve as essential to
 ols for investigating the nature of dark matter and dark energy. In this t
 alk\, I will first describe the process by which these simulations model t
 he formation of cosmic webs and galaxies. I will then spotlight the pivota
 l role of these cosmological simulations in the journey of revealing the d
 ark nature of our universe.</p>\n<p>This program is also in partnership wi
