\nAbout the presenter:
\nSarah O rr-Shaw is a registered nurse that has worked in injury prevention at the health unit for 17 years. \; She is passionate about older adults and has come to realize that ageism is a real problem and it is negatively imp acting health and wellness of the aging population. She is also passionate about mental health and palliative/end of life care. \; Sarah is a si ngle mom of a teenager in high school and has 2 aging parents. \; Sara h likes to garden and is learning about plants that are native to North Am erica and how to support our pollinators.
