 </p>\n<p>If you want to make a film or a project that can be shown at fest
 ivals and perhaps on TV\, without losing your shirt or getting sued\, you 
 must plan and get your paperwork in order. This workshop will show you how
  to budget\, schedule\, raise funds\, get location permits\, secure insura
 nce\, get the right release forms filled out and signed by your collaborat
 ors and performers\, and apply to get your production certified as Canadia
 n Content.</p>\n<p>This workshop will also outline the film-making resourc
 es available at Idea Exchange</p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor:</stron
 g> Isabella Stefanescu is a visual and media artist based in Waterloo Regi
 on. She has produced and directed concerts\, plays\, films\, interactive s
 creen installations and media arts projects both as an independent artist\
 , and as the former artistic director of Inter Arts Matrix.</p>\n<p>These 
 workshops are a collaboration between <a href="https://interartsmatrix.ca/
 ">Inter Arts Matrix</a>\, Idea Exchange\, and Cambridge Art Galleries. The
 y are funded by operating grants from the City of Kitchener\, City of Wate
 rloo\, Ontario Arts Council Media Arts Projects\, and the City of Cambridg
