 ee legal name change clinic to all Maryland residents. The clinic date is 
 Saturday\, June 10\, 2023\, 1pm-3pm at Rockville Memorial Library. The pro
 gram will take place in the 1st floor meeting room. Registration is encour
 aged.</p>\n<p>Please register in advance of the event\, with FreeState Jus
 tice by submitting an <a href="https://form.jotform.com/203068245995161">i
 ntake service request form</a>.&nbsp\; Attendees should note that they are
  participating in "Rockville Library's Name Change Clinic." In order to re
 gister\, you will need to provide a Birth Certificate -or- State-Issued ID
  and provide a Maryland address where you are comfortable receiving court-
