\nZumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumb a choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. This clas s is appropriate for all levels--Laurie will demonstrate everything for bo th standing or seated participation. Participating while seated is perfect for active\, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower intensity. You may also do the cl ass standing\, if you prefer. The pilates portion of class incorporates br eathing\, stretching and strengthening for the whole body!
\nRegistr ation is required. If you are registering to attend virtually\, a link to the Zoom meeting will be included in your confirmation email (sent after y ou register) and a reminder email (sent one day prior to the program). If you do not receive the emails\, please call the library. The 'meeting room ' will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program.
