 ne\;">Speaker Bio</span></em></p>\n<p>Prior to his retirement\,&nbsp\;Larr
 y Helman&nbsp\;was a partner at NBBJ where he managed an extensive number 
 of major planning projects globally. He received a Bachelor&rsquo\;s of Sc
 ience degree in 1970 and a Master&rsquo\;s of City and Regional Planning i
 n 1972 from The Ohio State University. He and his wife Kay are the parents
  of two Bexley High School graduates. Larry is very active in the Bexley c
 ommunity: he's a member of the Bexley Historical Society\, Southwest Bexle
 y Steering Committee\, Tree and Public Gardens Commission Board\, Bexley E
 ducation Foundation Board of Governors\, and Bexley's Architectural Review
