 y submit one piece of original artwork that embodies the theme of the cont
 est.<br />&bull\; Pieces should 12&rdquo\; x 18&rdquo\; or smaller.<br />&
 bull\; All art mediums acceptable.<br />&bull\; Entries will be judged on 
 technical quality\, artistic quality\, and originality by an anonymous pan
 el<br />of three or more judges.<br />&bull\; Three prizes will be awarded
 :<br />1st place - $100 Gift Card<br />2nd place - $50 Gift Card for each 
 category<br />3rd place - $25 Gift Card for each category<br />How to Ente
 r:<br />Submit your finished artwork in person\, along with a completed en
 try form\, at the youth service desk.<br />Entry forms can be found in per
 son in The Vault and at the Youth Desk. Entries will not be accepted witho
 ut an entry form.<br />By entering your artwork in the Warren-Newport Publ
 ic Library Teen Art Contest\, you give us<br />permission to display and/o
 r publish your artwork online\, in print publications or in the library.<b
 r />The library reserves the right to determine which pieces are appropria
 te for public display.<br />Entries will be accepted starting MON.\, JUNE 
 19.<br />The last day to hand in entries is SAT.\, JUNE 24\, 5PM<br />Dire
