 tand and welcome LGBTQIA+ identifying folks in your community? Do you stru
 ggle in knowing how to navigate pronouns and name changes? Or maybe\, you 
 just want to make sure you're up to date and being as inclusive as you pos
 sibly can be. In this workshop you will learn information about gender ide
 ntity and tips for respecting people&rsquo\;s identity and creating a more
  welcoming space for people of all genders.</p>\n<p>This workshop is prese
 nted by Dr. Amena Johnson. Dr.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Johnson serves as the Montgome
 ry County\, LGBTQ Community Liaison. Dr. Johnson&nbsp\;has 13 years of exp
 erience working in organizations with a focus on outreach and engagement t
 o the LGBTQ Community. She has done this work at Prince George&rsquo\;s Co
 unty Department of Social Services\, George Mason University\, Supporting 
 and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders (SMYAL) and Georgetown Universit
