The Memory Café\; is a social gather ing for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. It's a p lace to have fun\, share experiences and stay socially connected. This mon th\, we're celebrating gardening and exploring our gardening-themed Memory Care Kit. Participants will enjoy connections made through music\, moveme nt\, crafts and conversation. Light refreshments served.

This prog ram is not a form of respite care or a support group. Each participant exp eriencing dementia must be accompanied by a personal care partner during t he program. Care partners are expected to participate.
