Before joining NEHGS\, she was Director of Web Communications at Tufts University\, Digital Media Director for 360 Public Relations\, a marketing and public relations agency with offices in Bosto n and New York\, Managing Editor of Content and Product Development for Bo okspan\, a New York-based book publisher and online retailer. She was also a managing editor at Fox Interactive Media and The Washington Post\, wher e she developed and managed interactive features. Claire has a master&rsqu o\;s degree in journalism from Northeastern University and a second master &rsquo\;s in English literature from the University of Delaware\, with a c oncentration in eighteenth-century British and American studies.
