  you can eat twice as much. Both donuts and cider are perfect for curling 
 up with a good book on a chilly afternoon or sharing with friends at a fal
 l picnic or holiday gathering.</p>\n<p>You will make:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cinna

 n</ul>\n<p><strong>Although it is virtual\, this class is hands on and pac
 ed for you to follow along. There is some prep required for this class (se
 e below).&nbsp\;The recipes will be emailed to those who register one week
  ahead of time.</strong></p>\n<p>CLASS PREPARATION</p>\n<p>at least 30 min

 \n<li>2 cups flour (I use a blend of 1&frac12\; cups all purpose flour and
  &frac12\; cup whole wheat flour)</li>\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder</li>\
 n<li>&frac12\; teaspoon baking soda</li>\n<li>4 teaspoons ground cinnamon<
 /li>\n<li>&frac12\; teaspoon ground ginger</li>\n<li>&frac14\; teaspoon gr
 ound cloves</li>\n<li>&frac14\; teaspoon ground allspice\, optional</li>\n
 <li>fine sea salt</li>\n<li>&frac34\; cup turbinado (or light brown\, cane
  or granulated) sugar&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>&frac12\; cup granulated sugar</li>
 \n<li>2 large eggs</li>\n<li>&frac12\; cup unsweetened applesauce&nbsp\;</
 li>\n<li>2 tablespoons lemon juice</li>\n<li>6 tablespoons oil</li>\n<li>1

 tural Gourmet Institute in NYC and the founder of Teaching Table\, a culin

 om and how to make it\, but became most invested in plant-based foods when
  she started her neighborhood CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) with n
