 y shoes with good traction.</p>\n<p>WHEN/WHERE TO MEET:<br />Meet at the e
 ast side of Four Mile Run Park near the Commonwealth circle\, in the parki
 ng lot that is between the baseball field and the softball field\,&nbsp\;3
 700 Commonwealth Avenue\, Alexandria\, VA 22305. Ample parking is availabl
 e in this lot and in gravel parking areas across the street.</p>\n<p><br /
 >Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In addition
 \, anyone under the age of 18 must have the volunteer waiver signed by par
 ent or guardian (adult participants must also sign the waiver). Contact Ge
