 tile-based art activity such as embroidery or macrame. Various material op
 tions will be provided\, such as the use of plastic needles for embroidery
  instead of sharp needles. Participants will also have the choice between 
 a masculine or feminine embroidery pattern\, for example. In the last half
  hour of the session\, participants will engage in a relaxing meditation f
 acilitated by a certified yoga instructor. *Registration required.</p>\n<p
