  in Vihiers\, France. He has exhibited in galleries nationwide\, including
  New York\, Los Angeles\, and Chicago. Wisniewski has twenty years&rsquo\;
  experience teaching and lecturing on visual art.</p>\n<p>NOTE: This progr
