 p><strong>ASSESSMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT</strong>: To register for th
 is orientation and/or assessment\, cardholders must attend the General Ori
 entation for the Melrose Center\, the Video Studio Orientation and must be
  at least 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompan
 ied by an adult (18+ years of age).</p>\n<p>You must be present at the sch
 eduled start time to be admitted.&nbsp\; You may only register for one Acc
 ess Assessment - Video Studio at a time.</p>\n<p><strong>Recommended Audie
