X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p></p>\n<p>Sign up for the <a href="https://
justice.ywca.org/challenge/">Racial Justice Challenge through the YWCA Nor
theast Kansas</a>. The video chat Zoom links are within the Events in the
Racial Justice Challenge.</p>\n<p>Participate in the Challenge by reading\
, listening and watching the material each day of the week.</p>\n<p>Week 1
  Disability &ndash\; June 5-9</p>\n<p>Week 2 Housing &ndash\; June 12-16</
 p>\n<p>Week 3 Music &ndash\; June 19-23</p>\n<p>Week 4 Mental Health &ndas
h\; June 26-30</p>\n<p>Questions to explore as you reflect on the reading\
, listening and learning from this week:<br />How did the activities make
you feel?<br />What actions have you taken based on the activities?<br />W
hat actions would you like to take?<br />What further resources do you nee
 d to take action? Reading\, research\, tools\, and/or strategies?</p>\n<p>
<br />The Racial Justice Challenge is designed to create dedicated time an
d space to build more effective social justice habits\, particularly those
dealing with issues of race\, power\, privilege\, and leadership. Each da
y of the challenge you will be presented with activities such as reading a
n article\, listening to a podcast\, reflecting on personal experience and
more. Participation in an activity like this helps us to discover how rac
ial injustice and social injustice impact our community\, to connect with
one another\, and to identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of
discrimination.</p>\n<p>We hope that you will go into this challenge with
an open heart and an open mind\, ready to be pushed out of your comfort zo
ne. We know these discussions can be difficult and can bring up powerful e
motions\, but your commitment to increasing your awareness is what will he
lp move our community forward.</p>\n<p><br />Questions? Email connect@tscp
