 is a fantastic opportunity to experience the neighborhood through the eyes
  of your local representative and find out firsthand what she loves about 
 District 3.</p>\n<p><strong>We'll start our journey at the People's Park</
 strong> (Sandifur Bridge)\, then walk over to the site of the new American
  Indian Community Center\, and explore more of District 3. Get to know Kar
 en Stratton and other community members as we enjoy the sites and sounds n
 ear the Spokane River.</p>\n<p>Any outdoor activities carry an inherent ri
 sk of injuries. By attending\, you are agreeing to hold Spokane Public Lib
 rary harmless and release the library from all and any liabilities of inju
 ries. The trail is moderately challenging and not wheelchair accessible. P
 lease dress with the weather in mind.</p>\n<p>By&nbsp\;attending library p
