  is a fantastic opportunity to experience the neighborhood through the eye

 District 1.</p>\n<p>We'll start our journey at the newly re-opened Don Kar
 dong Bridge\, part of the Centennial Trail near the Gonzaga University cam
 pus. Then we'll enjoy a stroll along the beautiful Spokane River and talk 
 about what makes District 1 special. Get to know one of your local represe
 ntatives and other community members while enjoying the sites and sounds o
 f District 1!&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Any outdoor activities carry an inherent risk
  of injuries. By attending\, you are agreeing to hold Spokane Public Libra
 ry harmless and release the library from all and any liabilities of injuri
 es. The trail is moderately challenging and not wheelchair accessible. Ple
