DESCRIPTION:In this 5-session bilingual class (English/Spanish)\, you will

  storytelling: narration\, dialogue\, character design\, dynamic page layo
 uts and cinematic techniques\, participants will create their own graphic 
 novel page. Refine rough pencil drawings into finished art with pen and in
 k and watercolor pencils.</p>\n<p>Registration and attendance to all 5 ses
 sions are required (from August 7-11\, 2023). Space is limited to 15 parti
 cipants ages 10-15.</p>\n<p>Art supplies to be used during the 5 session c
 lass will be provided.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>If any participant is registered and
  cannot attend\, please contact the White Oak Library to cancel the regist
 ration so that individuals on the waiting list can participate. Customers 
 on the waiting list will be contacted if space become available.</p>\n<p>T
 his class is in partnership with artist Leila Cabib and funded in part by 
 an Arts in Education Grant from the Maryland State Arts Council.&nbsp\;</p
