 accepting applications from August 21 &ndash\; September 16\, 2023. Late e
 ntries will not be accepted.</strong></p>\n<p>Authors will be contacted du
 ring the first week of October if chosen to participate. Authors of childr
 en&rsquo\;s\, teen&rsquo\;s\, and adult fiction and non-fiction are encour
