Go-Go on the Rooftop is a concert series that takes place each Sunday in June in the Rooftop Garden of the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial Library in celebration of Black Music Month .

\nGregory &ldquo\;Sugar Bear&rdquo\; Elliott is a global ly known recording artist\, front man\, lead vocalist\, and bass player of the band E.U. (Experience Unlimited). E.U. has had 3 billboard hits inclu ding the &ldquo\;Da Butt&rdquo\; which peaked at #1 on the US Billboard Ho t Black Singles in 1988 and was also a featured performance in Spike Lee&r squo\;s film &ldquo\;School Daze&rdquo\;. Also\, to his credit\, his group Experience Unlimited aka E.U. was not only an opening act for the commenc ement ceremony for the 2016 opening of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture but they also have an exhibit on the third floor of the museum. \nProducer\, Compose r\, Musician and DJ are a few of the hats Rico Anderson wears. A prodigy w ho has come of age\, Rico was born and raised in the Washington\, D.C. met ropolitan area. In high school\, a chance meeting with New Edition/BBD mem ber Michael Bivins started Rico on his professional journey in the world o f entertainment.
\nRico moved to Los Angeles\, CA and joined Bivins Motown distributed label BIV/10 Records as a staff writer and producer. Ri co produced several hits for the label's artists including Boys II Men\, a nd Bel Biv Devoe. Rico also produced for Fat Joe\, Mya\, and Will Smith.\n
Rico relocated back home to Washington\, D.C. and established Tripl e Team Entertainment with partners Reynard Strawbridge\, Marquette Coley\, and Isaiah McIver. Since then has done production for albums Warning Shot and Hard Hat Area and released mixtapes This Is How I Feel About Hip-Hop and his latest \;A-Game Vol.1.

John Royster\, p rofessional known as &ldquo\;DJ Big John&rdquo\; is a native Washingtonian . He was raised in Southeast\, DC and graduated from North Carolina Centra l University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Public Adminis tration.
