DESCRIPTION:Resisting Hate\, Repairing the World is a panel of five repres
 entatives that will discuss current acts of hate in our community and how 
 we can work\ntogether to provide mutual support. This conversation will pr
 omote an open dialogue and deeper investigation into the role media plays 
 in the publicâ€™s view on current events as well as citizensâ€™ 
 understanding and involvement in pursuing justice regarding civil rights i

 n<p>Join us for a panel discussion and open dialogue that focuses on the i
 mpact acts of hate have on the individuals and communities being targeted\
 , whether Jewish\, Black\, LGBTQ+\, or others\, and how we\, as a larger c
 ommunity\, can work together to provide mutual support. We will hear and l
 earn from each other in a safe\, non-political space. The event will be mo
 derated by Hope McMath\, Curator of JFCS&rsquo\;s Frisch Family Holocaust 
 Memorial Gallery.</p>\n<p>Panelists will include community leaders who wil
 l address this subject\, along with second-generation Holocaust survivors 
 who share their family's history surviving the Holocaust and the impact it
  has had on the next generations. Those in attendance are encouraged to jo
 in the conversation during the moderated Q&amp\;A section with the panelis
 ts. Takeaways will be provided for attendees so they can follow up with th
 ese organizations and stay engaged after the program.</p>\n<p><strong>Mode

 ce and will be directed to the program on the 4th floor. Street parking is
  free after 6pm and paid parking is available in the Duval Street garage.<
