 l two-day event organized by Spokane County Library District and Spokane P
 ublic Library. All workshops are free and open to the public.</p>\n<p>Star
 t the celebration with the Spokane Is Reading events on Thursday\, October
  26th. Then enjoy two full days of workshops at Spokane Public Library's C
 entral Library on Friday the 27th and Spokane Country Library District's S
 pokane Valley Library Saturday the 28th. These workshops are for writers a
 t all stages of their writing careers.</p>\n<p>Friday's Events at Central
