Bestselling and award-winning author Steph en Graham Jones joins us to talk scary stories\, horror\, and more. Jones is the New York Times bestselling author of The Only Good Ind ians and Don&rsquo\;t Fear the Reaper along with \;more than 25 books spanning genres.
\nHe received a National Endowment fo r the Arts Fellowship and won several awards including the Ray Bradbury Aw ard from the Los Angeles Times\, the Bram Stoker Award\, the Shir ley Jackson Award\, the Jesse Jones Award for Best Work of Fiction from th e Texas Institute of Letters\, the Independent Publishers Award for Multic ultural Fiction\, and the Alex Award from the American Library Association . He is the Ivena Baldwin Professor of English at the University of Colora do Boulder.
\nStephen Graham Jones will be joined in conversation by Illinois librarian and horror expert Becky Spratford. A devout horror fan \, Spratford writes a horror review column for Library Journal\, is the author of The Reader&rsquo\;s Advisory Guide to Horror\, a nd is a proud member of the Horror Writers Association.
