 ction to the world of baking. Growing up in a family of bakery entrepreneu
 rs\, she developed a passion for gastronomy at an early age. This led her 
 to pursue her dreams\, and she enrolled in the renowned Instituto Culinari
 o de M&eacute\;xico in Puebla\, Puebla\, where she graduated with a degree
  in the culinary arts.</p>\n<p>Shortly after completing her studies at ICU
 M\, Violeta embarked on a remarkable journey in the culinary industry. She
  secured a position as a sub chef at a prestigious chocolate company in Me
 xico City\, where she provided valuable technical support to local bakerie
 s\, assisting them in mastering the art or working with tempered chocolate
  to create intricate and decorative pieces.</p>\n<p>Driven by her entrepre
 neurial spirit\, Violeta eventually established her own bakery\, named Vio
 leta: Pasteles Personalizados. With a specialization in fondant cakes\, sh
 e became a trailblazer in her hometown\, introducing a unique and personal
 ized touch to the world of confectionery.</p>\n<p>Years later\, seeking ne
 w horizons\, Violeta made her way to Texas\, where she pursued further edu
 cation and sharpened her skills in English language studies. During this t
 ime\, she gained invaluable experience working for renowned bakeries\, add

 >Now settled in Chicago\, Violeta&rsquo\;s culinary journey continues to f
