 (DJs) on the East Coast as they battle showcasing scratching and cutting s
 kills. A DJ battle is an event where DJs can interact\, share common inter
 ests\, and practice the art of turntablism competitively. Enjoy several DJ
 s' performances\, observe their interactive battle\, and be a witness to w
 ho will reign wheels of spinning steel supreme. Join us and have fun while
  listening to creative performers. Be part of history\; this is the first 
 time a public library hosts a DJ Scratch battle of this caliber.</p>\n<p>T
 he schedule for the scratch battle is the following:</p>\n<p>12:00 &ndash\
 ; 2:00 PM: Prelims One<br />3:00 - 4:30 PM: Prelims Two</p>\n<p>4:30 - 5:0
 0 PM: Finals<br />5:00-5:45 PM: (Party Rocking Showcase)</p>\n<p>The scrat
