This class is designed to be for everyone\ , especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Instructo rs will provide a comfortable place to start for those new to and curious about yoga. Participants will learn poses and names\, then ease into it wi th gentle yoga flow. Modifications will be provided and encouraged. All ar e welcome.

Opened in 2014\, our mission is to create an inclusive yoga community\, with a focus on education\, transform ation &\; personal growth. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes\, 7 days a week\, including hot yoga\, slow flow\, restorative\, yin\, and don ation-based community classes.
